Following $1 Million Renovation, Hotel’s Popular Rooftop Pool Re-Opens
DENVER – August 30, 2016 – Warwick Denver Hotel, located in the popular Uptown Neighborhood, noted for its tree-lined streets and array of independent restaurants, bars and boutiques, has completed a $1 million renovation of its pool and the surrounding deck, located on the rooftop of the hotel. Guests will now enjoy a sophisticated outdoor experience, featuring a custom, heated swimming pool, luxurious cabana furniture and newly built bar, all set amongst a backdrop that showcases 360-degree views of Front Range, Denver’s skyline and the Rocky Mountains off into the distance.
The hotel’s façade also underwent a refresh, featuring new paint and patio exteriors, to accompany a company-wide rebranding which was recently revealed. Additionally, each of its 216 guestrooms will be undergoing a phased renovation starting in the fourth quarter of 2016, to include updates with new furniture and soft goods.
“We are proud to provide our guests with these new and updated offerings,” said Michael Harrington, director of sales and marketing. “Boasting more than 300 days of sunshine each year, Denver is known for the outdoors. Between our rooftop pool, the private, large terraces on most guestrooms and the lovely tree-lined patio at our restaurant, Randolph’s, we strive to provide our guests with every opportunity to enjoy the Mile-High City’s beautiful weather.”
To celebrate the grand re-opening of the pool, Warwick Denver has released their Pool Time Package, which allows travelers — and locals — to enjoy the new offering.
Pool Time Package: Getaway to Warwick Denver for a weekend in Denver’s beautiful Uptown Neighborhood, known for its tree-lined streets, array of independent restaurants, bars and boutiques, and easy access to city parks, downtown shopping at the 16th Street pedestrian mall and cultural destinations. The package includes a night’s accommodation in one of our spacious guest rooms, complimentary valet parking and a $20 daily food and beverage credit at the Warwick Denver‘s rooftop lounge and pool, which features panoramic views of downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains. Among other specialty libations, guests are encouraged to enjoy The Article, a cocktail created in homage to the hotel once housing Denver’s Playboy Club, and only available on the Pool Deck. Special discounts are available for Sunday Nights. Package starts at $219 and is available August through December 31, 2016.
“We are honored to offer our guests an authentic Denver experience,” said Harrington. “Not only is our neighborhood location unique, but our hotel’s storied past, housing Denver’s Playboy Club throughout the 1970s and into the 1980s, also imbues our hotel with a distinct ambience not found at other hotels in town. We strive to provide our guests with an experience that not only honors this legacy of excellence, but also provides them with a true taste of the Denver lifestyle.”
