End-of-Year Festivities with Warwick International Hotels

This year, to celebrate Christmas and the New Year, Warwick International Hotels emphasises gastronomy as their talented hotel Chefs design for their guests of one night special, enticing menus.

• In Paris, the Restaurant “Le W”, located just off the Champs-Elysées in the Hotel Warwick Champs-Elysées, offers its guests a special New Year’s Eve menu composed of fresh seasonal ingredients. Thanks to this special menu, designed for the occasion by the Chef Ludovic Bonneville, “Le W”’s guests will be able to savour the New Year in the heart of Paris with champagne and a selection of six refined dishes accompanied by wine pairings.

• In another Parisian neighbourhood, the Hotel Westminster and its Michelin starred restaurant “Le Céladon” promise a luxurious night in the Rue de la Paix where the hotel is situated. Brilliantly composed by Chef Christophe Moisand, the New Years’ Eve menu will transport restaurant guests into 2016 as they experience the finest service throughout ten flavourful courses in an intimate setting.

• In Brussels, the Waterloo Bar in the Royal Windsor Hotel Grand Place unveils a brand-new champagne pop-up bar, the “Bubbles Bar”, to celebrate the end-of-year festive season from December 1st to January 13th 2016. This pop-up bar offers several champagne cocktails made by Head Bartender, Fabian Van Roy, as well as food pairings and tastings. At the same time, the Chef of Chutney’s Restaurant has concocted exquisite, special buffets and a six-course menu for Christmas and the New Year, inviting guests to enjoy live music and a disco night organised at the restaurant for New Year’s Eve.

• In Nice, the Essenciel Restaurant of the Splendid Hotel & Spa, located on the top floor of the hotel, welcomes guests for a New Year’s Eve menu perfumed with truffles and lobster followed by a wide selection of desserts. The restaurant Le Téséo proposes end-of-year dinners served and enjoyed either in the dark, or in reverse order: innovative ideas to celebrate the festive season differently.
