Clare Chiu, Director of Business Development and Distribution of Warwick International Hotels, was named one of Phocuswright’s 35 Young Leaders as part of its Class of 2015.
New-York – Warwick International Hotels is proud to announce that Clare Chiu, Director of Business Development, has been selected as one of Phocuswright’s Class of 35 Under 35. Clare will be attending this year’s Phocuswright Young Leaders Summit, which showcases the role that young leadership plays in the future growth of the travel, tourism and hospitality industries, and which promotes executive management development among rising stars in the industry.
The conference provides an opportunity for the Class of 35 Under 35 to interact with the industry’s best and brightest as a critical step to becoming the future leaders who will drive strategy, innovation and growth. This year’s summit will be held in conjunction with the annual Phocuswright Conference, a top travel industry event being held in Florida from November 16th through 19th. Prior to joining the Warwick in 2010, Clare worked for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and, prior thereto, banking and finance in Hong Kong and the World Bank in Washington D.C. She holds a B.A. and a M.A. in Economics from Cambridge University.
