Executives of Warwick International Hotels have made their annual Christmas visits to local communities on the picturesque Coral Coast of Fiji. Warwick International Hotels Senior Vice President Miss Tammie Tam, Regional General Manager – Pacific Dean Swaagman, and General Manager of The Warwick Fiji Brad Downton made the visits to the neighbouring communities to spread festive cheer. A highlight of the visits for the Executive team was participating in the traditional kava drinking ceremony which is an integral part of Fijian society.
Senior Vice President Miss Tammie Tam said “Christmas is a time of giving. We are delighted to continue our tradition of Christmas visits to thank our neighbouring communities for their support during the year and to build on the very good relationships we have with them”.
Spread over three days, the executive team visited Komave, Biausevu, Namatakula, Namada, Votua, Votualalai and Naqua villages presenting items for festive village feasts.
Tourism is Fiji’s number one industry and Fijians are known worldwide for their genuine hospitality, friendliness and generosity of spirit.
